30-day guarantee if it breaks

If your order arrives damaged, breaks, or stops firing properly (for example it keeps jamming) within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full price or send you a free replacement, your choice.

How to ask

Write to us through our Contact page with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We answer within 2 business days.

No need to send it back

You do not have to ship the item back to us.

How you get your money

We refund the full price you paid to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving your request. Your bank may need up to 10 more business days to show it. Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing else to refund.

What is not covered

Change of mind, lost ball-tips or shells, and damage from misuse are not covered. The guarantee covers one refunded order per customer. Requests sent more than 30 days after delivery are not covered.
